Gen Ramen is a small ramen shop in the McNeill Pointe center off Wake Forest Road in Raleigh. It has no website of its own and posts to Instagram, so the address and phone here come from the landlord’s tenant page.
The kitchen runs a tonkotsu and a lemongrass vegan broth, a pairing no other ramen shop in the city publishes, and it makes the place useful for a table that does not all eat the same way. Sushi and sake share the menu. It runs straight through the day with no afternoon break, which is rare for Raleigh ramen.
