Andia’s Ice Cream – West Cary

Andia’s Ice Cream on Green Level Church Road is the shop that started the whole business. It opened in 2017 in Cary Town Park Center, and the company now runs several shops across Cary and Raleigh. This one came first, and the rest followed.

Owner Andia Xouris is one of roughly fifteen Grand Master ice cream makers in America, and the case shows it. Baklava and rose pistachio sit next to the flavors you would expect, so a visit can go either way. Fifteen in the whole country is not many.
