You Call This Yoga

You Call This Yoga is a Raleigh nonprofit that has spent 15 years making yoga reachable for people who assume it is not meant for them. Classes move around Raleigh and Wake County, the belief behind the whole thing is that yoga knows no limits, and the practice is adapted to whoever shows up.

The mission is to contribute to community wellbeing through accessible practice. Teaching comes from a team of yoga and business professionals, lay people, and community partners who care about helping other people.

What to know
