Wral Azalea Gardens

About

WRAL Azalea Gardens is a public garden on Western Boulevard in Raleigh, filled with azaleas in many shapes and colors. The grounds are arranged for walking slowly and looking closely at what is in bloom.

It is open for a stroll, and the gardens host events through the year as well. The whole place is kept as somewhere beautiful and quiet, which makes an hour here an easy break from the rest of the city. Whether you have ten minutes or a full afternoon, the walk is the point.
