Williams Realty & Building Co
About
Williams Realty & Building Company works from Glenwood Avenue in Raleigh and has been in construction since 1954, when it developed its first residential subdivision. Today it covers residential, commercial and multifamily construction along with development and property management.
It grew from that first subdivision into a full-service construction, development and property management company, and it still follows the timeless principles laid out by its founder. The business describes itself as building relationships, and people stay a long time: two of its principals joined in the 1990s and now share the co-managing director role.
