Wake County Speedway, known as America’s Favorite Bullring, is a quarter-mile asphalt race track on Simpkins Road about fifteen minutes south of downtown Raleigh, built in 1962 by Glenn and Marvin Simpkins. Details are at wcspeedway.com.
