Triangle Apartment Association

The Triangle Apartment Association is a nonprofit trade association for the multifamily rental housing industry, based on ACC Boulevard in northwest Raleigh. Its members are the companies that work in rental housing across the Triangle. It is the sort of group a property manager or a vendor joins to stay connected to the industry.

The association puts on education and events for members and keeps an official membership directory. Employees of a member company can set up an individual online account to use what the association offers.

What to know

• The membership directory is free for all TAA members.
• An online account lets members register for events and classes.
• Members can view and pay invoices through that same account.
• Legislative updates go out to members as well.
• All membership applications must be approved by the Board of Directors.
