The Chocolate Boutique is a Black-owned chocolate shop in Lafayette Village, off Honeycutt Road in north Raleigh. Everything is handmade: truffles and confections in milk, dark and white chocolate, made in small numbers at a time.
The owner knows the subject well and will happily talk you through what is in the case, which customers say is half the pleasure of going in. It is a small shop with gift giving built into the way it works, so it is an easy stop when you need something for somebody.
