The Alternative Mailing & Shipping Solutions

The Alternative sells and services mailing and shipping systems from an office on Sherwee Drive in south Raleigh, below downtown. The equipment it supplies is meant to be fast, reliable and simple enough that nobody in the office dreads using it.

The work goes past the machines themselves. The company will look at how mail and packages move through your building and suggest a better setup, whether that means one postage meter or a full redesign. The goal is saving you time and protecting your margins.

What to know

• The company says it services entire accounts, not the machines alone.
• A FAQ walks through PO and PSD lockouts step by step.
• The same FAQ covers the 90-day security warning that postage equipment throws.
• Design and consultation is offered as a service of its own.
• The site carries additional resources on other mailing topics.
