Songbird

Songbird is a small bar on East Whitaker Mill Road in Raleigh that runs from daylight to dusk. Mornings start with fresh coffee, and as the day goes on the menu turns toward seasonal cocktails and natural wines. That change over the course of a day is the whole idea.

The room is intimate, built for taking your time over a single drink. The bar takes its cues from the North Carolina Piedmont, and native ingredients and regional flavors shape what ends up in the glass.
