Saints and Scholars is an Irish pub on Spring Forest Road in North Raleigh. Brothers Victor and Elias Khoury reopened it on July 5, 2012, and they brought their own background with them. It is the kind of neighborhood pub that regulars treat as their own.
The Khourys had owned Solomon’s Mediterranean Restaurants, so the pub merges two worlds. They set out to make it the hidden gem of North Raleigh, and it has kept the feel of a local place, familiar to the people who live nearby.
