About
Saint Mary’s School is a private, independent Episcopal school on Hillsborough Street in Raleigh, preparing girls in grades nine through twelve for college. Students can board on campus or attend as day students, and the school has been teaching young women since it was founded here in 1842.
The campus covers 23 acres in the middle of the state capital, which gives students a quiet setting with the city right outside. That combination is part of the appeal: easy access to what Raleigh offers, and a settled place to come back to.
