The Raleigh Union Station Bus Facility is GoTriangle’s transit hub in downtown Raleigh, on West Hargett Street. A ribbon-cutting opened the building in July 2025, and it has been in use since that summer.
It was built for a region that keeps growing, and the agency says public expectations for transit have risen along with it. GoTriangle takes the view that it has been entrusted by the public to deliver the highest quality services and infrastructure to match, and this facility is one piece of that.
