Ponysaurus Brewing Co. Raleigh

Ponysaurus Brewing Co. runs its Barrel Room and Restaurant at Raleigh Iron Works on Iron Works Drive. The brewery calls itself forward-thinking and backward-tasting, which is a fair summary of beer made with old methods and newer ideas. The barrel room gives the space its name and its look.

It is open daily for lunch and dinner, with beer, wine and cocktails at the bar and pizza coming out of the kitchen. The patio takes dogs, so it works as a stop on a walk as easily as it does for a sit-down meal.
