Page Farms

About

Page Farms is a family farm on Mt. Herman Road in Raleigh, worked by the fourth generation of a family that grew up on this land. It was bought in 1922, and the fields have seen many different crops in the hundred years since.

The family calls it their little bit of country, and the aim is keeping that heritage alive by bringing fresh fruit and vegetables to the community. Something is growing through most of the year, which keeps the place busy from spring into late fall.

What to know

  • The farm covers one hundred acres.
  • Visitors can pick their own strawberries, blackberries, and pumpkins.
  • Pumpkin season opens on September 19 and runs through November 1.
  • Strawberries ripen in the spring, giving the farm an earlier picking season.
