NorthView Partners is a Raleigh developer of apartment and senior living communities, working from an office on Falls of Neuse Road. The focus is local, and the projects lean toward mixed- and multi-use developments built around the community they sit in.
The firm was established by a bond of shared values among its partners, Mark Barker, Frank Morisey and Michael Peele, along with mentor Frank Robuck. It is locally based and locally focused, and the emphasis falls on developments that give a neighborhood something to gather around.
