North Ridge Country Club
About
North Ridge Country Club sits on Falls of Neuse Road in North Raleigh, where it has been a home away from home for members since the late 1960s. Ed Richards founded it after seeing what Research Triangle Park and the arrival of high-tech workers would mean for the area.
Friends meet here and families play, and the golf is the center of it. What began as 18 holes designed by George Cobb in 1967 is now 36 holes across nearly 400 acres, and great-great-grandchildren of founding members play the range today.
