Moe’s Southwest Grill (Brier Creek)

This Moe’s Southwest Grill is on Alexander Promenade Place at Brier Creek, out toward the airport on the northwest side of Raleigh. The kitchen builds Tex-Mex plates to order, so burritos, bowls, quesadillas, tacos and nachos all start from the same line of ingredients.

Each order is put together in front of you, which means you decide what goes in and what stays out. Chips with house-made salsa and sauces come free with any entree. There is seating if you want to eat there, and online ordering if you would rather keep moving.
