Mike Bayley Photography

Mike Bayley is a Raleigh photographer whose specialty is beach portraiture, made on the Outer Banks. It is a specific look, and it is what he has built the business around. He works both at the coast and around the Triangle.

There is no storefront in Raleigh, so sessions are arranged directly and shot where the pictures need to be taken. That suits portrait work which depends on a place as much as on the people standing in it, and for anyone planning pictures at the shore, it is the whole point of hiring him.

What to know

• Family and children’s portraits are a regular part of the work.
• He photographs weddings, bridal sessions and engagements.
• High school senior portraits are also offered.
