Meymandi Concert Hall is one of four performance spaces inside the Martin Marietta Center for the Performing Arts on East South Street downtown. It seats 1,587 and is the home of the North Carolina Symphony, and it is the second-largest of the four rooms.
The building around it is a busy one, with more than 600 events and over 400,000 guests a year. That makes the center a focal point for music and theater in downtown Raleigh, and Meymandi is the room most people associate with the symphony.
