Mellow Mushroom’s Brier Creek location sits just off Brier Creek Parkway, close to RDU and the Research Triangle. It draws from the neighborhoods around it, including Brier Creek Country Club, Leesville, Harrington Grove and Kingsley Woods.

Pizza is the main event, built on the chain’s own dough and a list of toppings that goes well past pepperoni.
