Longleaf Swine
About
Longleaf Swine is a barbecue restaurant on East Edenton Street in Raleigh, built around slow-smoked meats and whole hog cooking. Owner and operator Adam Cunningham grew up in Eastern North Carolina, where wood-fired barbecue is a way of life rather than a menu item.
What began as a passion for Southern traditions turned into a gathering place, with chef-crafted food, a top-shelf bourbon list, and the kind of down-home hospitality that keeps people coming back. The result is a plate of food that tastes like home cooking.
