KC Studio Inc.

KC Studio Architecture works from South Bloodworth Street in downtown Raleigh, a full-service architecture firm that is woman-owned and operated. Most of its work is in commercial and healthcare projects. The practice covers a project from the design stage through delivery, and it is licensed to do so.

The firm sums up its way of working plainly: design with purpose, collaborate with intention, deliver with care. Clients get big-firm experience from a studio that is responsive and easy to deal with, and the emphasis falls on relationships that outlast a single project.

What to know

• The firm was founded in 2017.
• It holds an NCARB certificate, which allows reciprocity licenses in all US states.
• That certification means projects outside North Carolina can be supported too.
• The studio positions itself as a source of creative problem solving and clear communication.
