About
Il Falo is an Italian restaurant in Brier Creek, on Macaw Street, and it is built around the craft of cooking with fire. A wood-fired oven and a grill touch most of what comes out of the kitchen, from artisan-quality meats to fresh seafood and vegetables.
Pizzas are baked on house-made sourdough, and the pastas and breads are made in-house as well. The approach is contemporary but rooted in Italian tradition, with ingredients sourced thoughtfully. Even some of the craft cocktails get a touch of fire.
