Hobbs Properties is a family owned commercial real estate company working across the Triangle from an office on East Six Forks Road in Raleigh. The firm was incorporated in 1995 and has been at it for more than thirty years. The Hobbs family has been investing in and managing property in the area since 1957.
Greg Hobbs founded the company, and three generations have now worked in it. The services run from brokerage through property management, construction and asset management. Being an owner-operator shapes how the team advises clients.
