Hire Strategies, LLC
About
HIRE Strategies is a recruiting and staffing firm based on Lynn Road in Raleigh. Its program looks at the whole person, going well beyond a list of past job titles. The stated aim is helping employers hire intentionally and keep the people they hire.
The company was started by Sonya Hopson, who shifted her staffing focus from manufacturing into construction. She spent enough time on job sites to become known around them as the lady with the pink hard hat. Thinking differently about work has been the idea since that first day.
