High Rail at Seaboard Station

High Rail is a rooftop bar on the seventh floor at Seaboard Station in Raleigh, with the city skyline spread out around it. The menu takes international flavors upward: shareable plates, appetizers, main courses, desserts and cocktails made by hand.

Seating is first come, first served, so a table by the rail is a matter of turning up and being lucky. It is pitched as a place to sip, snack and take in the view, and the bar is as much of the draw as the food.
