About
Grounded_LGB is the practice of Lisa Grele Barrie, who works with organizations around Raleigh and Wake County. She has more than 35 years in sales, marketing and nonprofit management behind her, and she brings all three to the groups she advises.
What she is known for is leading organizational change, and she has a record of it in nonprofit and arts leadership. Much of that work has been done here, with boards and staff who were trying to move an organization onto steadier ground.
