Goodness GraceUS is a food truck run by Larry and Victoria Thompson, working around Raleigh. The two fell in love in 2004 and began blending their cooking styles, which is more or less how the truck came about. Their mission is to bring that combined style, flavor, and uniqueness together into high quality food.

Larry is a Chicago native who developed a love for cooking and went to culinary arts school. Victoria is a down home country girl with restaurant owners and cooks on both sides of her family. She started cooking at age eight.
