Flying Biscuit – Brier Creek

Flying Biscuit Cafe at Brier Creek has been on Brier Creek Parkway since April 2022, part of a cafe that has been doing breakfast for more than 30 years. Breakfast and lunch are served all day, so timing is not much of a problem.

The food is Southern with a twist, and the two things people come back for are the biscuits and the shrimp and grits, both of which have won awards. It is a comfortable place for a late breakfast or an early lunch, whichever way you want to count it.
