About
Flame Kabob is a family-owned Persian restaurant on Skyland Ridge Parkway in Raleigh, and it has been feeding the Triangle for more than 16 years. Kabobs come off the grill, and the rest of the menu runs to specialty rice and traditional stews.
The chef is also the owner, with more than three decades of cooking behind him, and the recipes are classics handed down through generations. The food is meant to carry the spices and aromas of Persian cooking, and the family describes what it does as an expression of love.
