Families Together
About
Families Together is a Raleigh nonprofit working with families who have lost their housing, built on the belief that every family deserves a home. The model runs as a chain: a stable home, then a healthy child, then a resilient family, then a safe community.
Children come first in the approach, on the reasoning that helping them makes the whole community better. The organization works across Wake County, where the need is larger than most people would guess, and it does more than find a roof: families get help staying housed after the crisis passes.
