Dank Burrito is a counter inside Transfer Co. Food Hall on East Davie Street in Raleigh, serving burritos and Mexican-inspired food. Everything is made from scratch, from the kimchi they ferment to the pork belly they slow-roast. The flavors are described as explosive.
Chef Clarke Merrell started Dank Burrito as a passion project, launching it as a food truck in 2014. The truck was an instant success and won National Food Truck Rookie of the Year, and the first permanent location opened in Morehead City in 2015.
