Clean Eatz

Clean Eatz on Six Forks Road is part cafe and part meal prep shop. You can sit down and eat, pick up a Grab ‘N’ Go meal on the way past, or sign up for a week of meals portioned out and ready to heat at home.

The idea behind it is balanced food that is quick to get hold of, with some nutritional coaching and encouragement alongside. Meal plans change every week, so the same few containers do not come round again and again, and a plan can be built to fit how someone eats.

• Keto, gluten-free, high-protein and vegetarian versions can be arranged.
