Che Empanadas – Duraleigh

This is the Duraleigh Road branch of Che Empanadas, a Raleigh business that grew out of one woman’s family recipes. Anabel started making empanadas for family and friends, and requests for parties and weddings turned it into a catering company. The food here is Argentinian style and handmade.

Empanadas are baked, and the desserts are handmade too. The kitchen puts a lot of weight on the ingredients, which the family says is the reason people keep coming back. It works for a quick lunch or a whole tray for a crowd.
