Chai’s Asian Bistro

Chai’s Asian Bistro has been on Creedmoor Road in Raleigh since 2010. The kitchen covers a lot of ground, pulling dishes from Thailand, Japan, China, Vietnam and Singapore onto one menu. Sushi, Thai plates and Chinese cooking all come out of the same building.

Michael, the owner, has a habit of coming out to ask how the food is. Diners write about servers who know the menu and about staff who will clear a table themselves when the room fills up. The place is friendly in a way that is hard to fake.
