Batchnet Computer Services

Batchnet is an IT services and consulting firm on Daniels Street in Raleigh, working mostly with small businesses. It handles computer networks for companies across a range of different industries, and it covers a good deal of ground outside the city as well.

The approach is preventive: watch the systems, keep them maintained, and set them up so that emergencies rarely come up in the first place. When something does go wrong anyway, clients can get help remotely or open a support ticket with the office.

What to know

• Coverage reaches Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Graham and Goldsboro.
• The initial consultation with a new client costs nothing.
• The firm handles the transition for businesses leaving a previous IT provider.
• Proactive monitoring and maintenance are included in the service.
• Support is available remotely as well as through submitted tickets.
