Abode, the Downtown Collection, rents houses and townhomes around downtown Raleigh, with an office on East Hargett Street. The homes come with high-end finishes, open floor plans and plenty of natural light, and the company markets them as luxury leases.
The idea is a whole house instead of an apartment, in curated neighborhoods picked to suit different ways of living downtown. A photo gallery covers the homes and the shared amenities. Pets are allowed subject to approval, with breed rules the leasing team can walk through before anyone signs.
