Tazza Kitchen – Cary

Tazza Kitchen is on Ledgestone Way in Cary, one of six neighborhood restaurants in a small group. Since 2013, wood fired ovens have anchored its kitchens, and that fire shapes both the cooking and the feel of the room when you walk in.

The Cary restaurant follows the same idea as the rest of the group. Food comes out of the oven, the bar gets as much attention as the kitchen, and the whole thing is meant to be a place you can walk into on an ordinary weeknight without a plan.
