Rebel Health works with employers on employee wellness and performance, running coaching sessions that are live, short and built to be acted on. The company is headquartered on Preston Executive Drive in Cary, and it takes on organizations of any size.
Lucas Irwin founded it in 2017. He has owned fitness centers, coached world champions and trained as a certified MBSR instructor through Brown University, and he brings all of that into the work. Clients run from the Research Triangle out to companies across the country. The company’s motto is Thrive Together.
