Nukkad, pronounced nook-urr, is a family-run Indian street food restaurant on High House Road in Cary. The owners call it your corner of happiness, and the kitchen cooks the sort of food you would find on a busy Indian street.
Chaat is the heart of the menu, joined by curries with real heat and the kind of snacks meant to be shared. The family opened in November 2019 with a simple aim, which was to bring the bold flavors of Indian street food to their North Carolina neighbors.
