NeighborUp, Merger of Dorcas Ministries and Western Wake Crisis Ministry
About
NeighborUp was formed when Dorcas Ministries and Western Wake Crisis Ministry merged, and it works from High House Road in Cary. The combined organization is a nonprofit social impact group helping people in western Wake County who are facing hardship.
Support arrives as financial and food assistance, workforce development and community resources, each pointed toward a steadier footing for the household receiving it. The guiding idea is simple enough: as neighbors, we are called to lift each other up, which is the line the merged organization works from.
