La Cocina Restaurante Mexicano is a Mexican restaurant on MacGregor Pine Drive in Cary. The brothers who run it come from Guanajuato and have been in the kitchen for as long as they can remember, and the cooking here follows what they learned at home growing up.
It is a family business through and through. The brothers say every dish that leaves the kitchen carries the same passion and pride as the very first plates they served, and that standard is the whole idea behind the place.
