Catering By Design is a full-service caterer working out of Kilmayne Drive in Cary and covering the Research Triangle. Executive chef Greg Lewis founded it in 2000, and it has run through thousands of events since, across the Raleigh-Durham area.
Weddings make up a large share of the work, along with corporate events and private parties. The company handles the event side as well as the cooking: menu planning, service style, staffing and bar service all fall under it. Menus get built around the individual event.
