Once in a Blue Moon Bakery and Cafe has been on West Chatham Street in Cary for 25 years, making sweet treats, pastries and custom cakes for customers across the Triangle. The motto fits the work: stunning desserts that taste as good as they look.
Custom cake work is the heart of it. The bakers decorate with borders, flowers, polka dots, balloons and writing, and they take on more involved artwork too. New offerings are posted each week, and there are vegan options on the list.
