Aging Care Matters

About

Aging Care Matters is an Aging Life Care management practice on Rogers Road in Wake Forest, founded in 2018 by certified care manager Carla Payne. The team helps families work out what an aging parent or spouse actually needs.

That work covers assessments, care plans, crisis support and advocacy, and it continues after the plan is made. The adult day center on Rogers Road adds daytime activities and memory care programs, which also gives family caregivers a break during the day. The practice runs additional centers in Durham.
