The Kamp Management Group

The Kamp Management Group is a consulting firm based in Wake Forest that works on how a company performs and how well its teams pull in the same direction. The tools come from project controls and commercial management, applied to whatever the client is building.

The approach starts with listening, then looking at the data to find where the openings sit, then laying out a path toward the results the owners already want. Established companies and start-ups have both used it, which says something about how portable the method is.

• The firm works on making performance and cost data easier to see.
