Prime Barbecue

Prime Barbecue is a barbecue restaurant at Knightdale Station, on Knightdale Station Run. Meat is sold by the half pound, and the list covers brisket, pork ribs, house-made sausage, pulled pork and turkey breast.

If you would rather not build a tray from scratch, there are plates with one, two or three meats on them. The sides are the other half of the meal: Big Boss beans, sweet potato salad, coleslaw, mac and cheese, green beans and barbecue rice, all meant for sharing around the table.

• Orders can be placed ahead of time to skip the line.
