Lime & Lemon Indian Grill & Bar – Rolesville is the newest restaurant from a Triangle Indian chain that started in Durham in 2019. It sits on Bluestone Crossing Road in the Cobblestone Village development off South Main Street in Rolesville, and it began a soft opening in October 2026.
The founders are from South India, and the chain’s menu pairs dosas with tandoori plates, vegetarian entrees and breads such as naan and roti. It also sells Indo-Chinese noodles and fried rice, Chicken 65, lassis and masala chai, with desserts that include kulfi and rasamalai.
