Little House Museum & Gallery

About
The Little House Museum & Gallery sits on North Main Street in Rolesville and opened on April 1, 2017. The house itself is far older: town founder William Roles once owned the site, and the Alford, Freeman, Williams, Terrell, Young, Fowler, Broughton and Womble families lived here between about 1816 and 2012.
Inside are exhibits drawn from the town’s past, including a Historic Holiday display. The museum also supported the founding of the Historic Rolesville Society and is where that group meets, so a visit doubles as a look at how the town keeps its own record.
